It was my intention to send out a fewwords to my friends on that day in the form ofan article that would describe my aging processand my thinking at this time of my life. However, it seems that as we move moredeeply into the aging process, our psycho-physiology becomes increasing recalcitrant, especially when it comes to honoring ourintent to do certain things. So it was that mybirthday passed very quietly in the presenceof Sidra and Tamar and a very few friends- and most certainly no work on my partregarding my creative process other thancontinuing to grow older. One of the most significant things aboutgrowing older in relationship to another personis the amount of personal work that Sidra andI continue to do. I have mentioned this manydifferent times in writings, conversations andteachings, but I am truly awestruck at how muchpersonal work is required of us.Our use of the Voice Dialogue process hasincreased dramatically in recent times. As weage, we are ever so much more vulnerable in lifeand we feel this core vulnerablity in each of ourown personal lives as well as in relationship toeach other. Some of this is quite shocking to feeland watch happening. We are also aware that wehave more time to ourselves and, with more time, the unconscious process begins to heat up muchmore strongly than was the case when we werebusier with our professional lives. So we havehad to do a good deal of work with each otherto move through the challenging and sometimesdangerous shoals through which we have beennavigating.Happily, as an integral part of this processthere emerge important dreams that bring usremarkable insights. I see these as the ever-increasing power of the Teachers of the InnerSpheres and I have experienced increasingenergetic awareness of the transcendentalrealities. I often feel as though we are in amortar, and the question for me at these timesis who, or what, is it that is holding the pestle.Who, or what, is using this pestle to scrunchus a good bit and who, or what, seems intenton moving us ever more strongly into an everstronger and ever deeper experience of thetransformational process? Who, or what, is itthat moves us towards the awareness of theinner map of our own destiny? Is this God who holds the pestle? DoesGod carry the blueprint that is embeddedwithin each of us that essentially carriesthe map of our own moira or fate? If it isGod, then what does that mean? If you areChristian that means one thing; Buddhistanother; Islamic another; and Judaic another. And what is the difference between Spiritualand God? Are they the same? Why are so manymany people totally alienated from the idea of
Page 2

Why do so many people hate religionand, if this is the case, what then of the reality ofhigher order energy systems whose origins aremost difficult to define?Or does something else entirely differentcarry the blueprint of our existence? Could therebe a higher energy that is different from what weare aware of, something that is totally differentfrom what we think of when we sense into themeaning of God and ask ourselves all of thesethorny questions I have raised?Recently someone sent us the following quotefrom the Dalai Lama. It was written on hisFacebook front page on September 10th, 2012.Here is the quote:“ All the world’s major religions, withtheir emphasis on love, compassion, patience, tolerance and forgivenesscan and do promote inner values. Butthe reality of the world today is thatgrounding ethics in religion is no longeradequate. This is why I am increasinglyconvinced that the time has come to finda way of thinking about spirituality andethics beyond religion altogether.”Sidra and I agree wholeheartedly with thisstatement. We salute the Dalai Lama for sayingthis out loud and helping his followers begin tosearch in new spaces and new places to find newanswers to the issues he has raised.I am nine and a half years older than Sidraand since the spring of 2005 I have become moreand more occupied with these issues. This is oneof the reasons why we have not been able towrite about the aging process together. I have feltstrongly compelled to understand these processesand make sense out of the issues I have broughtup so far. Sidra basically sees things as I do andshe is editing this material and she will join withme in the writing process as it occurs in a naturalway. When I spoke to her about my desire towrite something for a birthday statement, shediscovered an article that we are presenting toyou at this time. I had completely forgottonabout this article, an article that I wrote in 2006,and it seemed like a wonderful way to start tointroduce my process on these matters. In August of 2005, my son Joshua died. Itwas a painful time for me and it raised a goodmany questions in my mind because he had liveda deeply spiritual life and was totally devoted toGod. During the period from Spring to Fall ofthat year I had about six dreams in which mylife was being celebrated by energies or beingsor “somethings” from other dimensions ofconsciousness. In the first of these dreams I am in a largeauditorium type room with space for a gatheringalso. It was a very large gathering and it was beingcelebrated on other dimensions as welll as in thehere and now. At some point, I was presentedwith a gift of a video-cassette from this otherdimension. The video-cassette contained everydream I had ever had from the time I began myanalysis at the age of twenty-two, to the nightbefore this gathering. In addition, all of my dreamshad been set to music and the name of the cassettewas “The Music of the Spheres.” We were bothdeeply touched by this dream and by the title of thecassete, so much so, that we then used that title forthe next international conference, one that we didin Bergen, Holland under the leadership of RobertStamboliev.I was very shocked by this dream and itmarked the beginning of an intensification of myattempt to make sense out these transcendentalhappenings. The gift felt so personal to me andit felt so real. It felt in the dream like people - orbeings - who were celebrating me. These couldbe energies or spirits on the other side. But I
Page 3

Was this God or part of the Spiritual Godpantheon that is responsible for the spiritualsourcing available to many people? The problem for me was that it didn’t feelthat way in the dream. It didn’t feel spiritual orGod-driven. I have experienced God energymany, many different times in my life, mostlyin the dream process. This didn’t feel like that.It felt like an entirely different energy. Couldthe dream process itself be under the influenceof a different energy system entirely than whatwe call spiritual? Could there possibly be twoentirely different energy sources that play intothe dream process. If this were the case than the“Source Energy” would be the basic source andthe “Spiritual Energy” could be a constructionof what was created by the Source Energy inestablishing the hardware and software creationsof the planet earth.Since this time I have been thinking seriouslyabout this issue of Source energy and itsmeaning. During the past two years I have had avery large number of dreams that have come tome and helped me to clarify this issue. The 2006article clearly was the beginning of my attemptto objectify what was happening and so Sidraand I felt it would a good place to start. The original article from 2006 has gone througha number of editings over the past six weeks and,in the material that follows, I will be incorporatingmore of my own personal dreams, some discussionsof a number of NDEs ( near death experiences )and relevant dreams that other members of ourcommunity have shared with us.If you have a dream that you feel speaks tothe issue of a clarification of the differencesbetween Source energy and Spiritual energy, please send it to me. All dreams must be typedon computer for easier access. Please use multipleparagraphs so your dream is more easily read. Ifthe dream is too long, then shorten it by leavingout sections that are not essential. Shorterdreams are easier to understand. We don’t wantto miss an important experience if we can helpit, but if you just keep in mind what it takes toread this material you will easily understand. Please include after the dream your personalassociations and what it has meant to you interms of your own experience of Source energyand Spiritual energy.Beginning the ChaseI began my Jungian Analysis in 1949 when I wastwenty-two years old. I was a graduate studentin Psychology at UCLA - not knowing what Iwas doing there because I really knew nothing ofwhat psychology was about.I was a confirmed agnostic, so named becauseatheist didn’t sound as sophisticated or romantic. My dream process exploded immediately, andit has been with me as an important part of mylife ever since. My days as an agnostic endedwith equal speed, and the search for a newconsciousness was launched. As young as I was at that time, I becameaware of another reality that lived inside of me.I began to experience the Intelligence that lieswithin the unconscious and that manifests inmany different ways in our lives. For me it wasthrough the dream process primarily that thisexperience of “The Other Reality” became realand ever more profound. At first I thought of all experiences of “TheOther” as direct experiences of Spiritual energy. It was only much later in my life that I beganto understand why I had always been fascinatedby these experiences and by the sense of anIntelligence that was guiding me in its ownparticular way. However, even in those earlyyears, I had the sense that there was a blueprintfor my existence and that I was starting to tap
Page 4
This article was found at: www.voicedialogue.org. Please visit us for more articles and other resources.4 Hal Stone, Ph.D.From Enlightenment to The Aware Ego Process to Source Energyinto this blueprint. Again, my only referencepoint for these kinds of experiences was in theSpiritual realm. And in those years, this way oflooking at things worked very well.Early in my analysis, probably within the firstyear, I had a memorable dream. In this dream Ientered a small room filled with ancient spiritualbooks from all traditions. Although these bookswere written in all languages, I was particularlydrawn to a series of twelve volumes written inHebrew that dealt with ancient spiritual truths.A voice then said to me that the knowledge of allthese volumes would become available to me atthe age of fifty-six.In 1953 I was a psychologist in the U.S. army;my way of escaping the Korean war draft. I wasnewly assigned to a mental hygiene clinic atFt. Bliss, Texas and I lived in a lovely militaryhousing complex with my then wife, Audrey, andmy son, Joshua, and my daughter, Tamar. Aftera year of duty at this clinic I was awakened at3:00 AM by a very powerful energy – somethinglike what it must feel like to have lightning gothrough your head and into your body – andI knew that I would die if it continued. Frommy lips came the never-before-spoken words:“Please Dear God, please take this from me. Thywill, not mine, be done!”I awoke in a sweat and I knew that whateverwas “running me” in my life had just raised theante by a thousand percent. I went back to bedabout fifteen minutes later and the energy cameagain; and again I said the same words; and itstopped again. This happened for the third andlast time that night with the same outcome andI was finished sleeping for the night. It was nolonger a matter of saying that I was no longeran agnostic. It was now the case that I was aconfirmed disciple of God and that I was quiteterrified about this energy returning – which, infact, it did in different ways in a few later dreams. Both of these dreams had a strong impactupon me and, along with other later experiences, led me deep into an exploration of the worldsof religion and spiritual reality. In a way it wasreally a neat trick of the Intelligence to hitme with the library dream. It was profoundlySpiritual and I could have only interpreted sucha dream as coming from an internal Spiritualsourcing. It certainly did hook me and helped tosend me on a very rewarding Spiritual path thatmost certainly carrying with it my own drive forenlightenment.A Short History of What FollowedThe years passed and I immersed myself inmy Jungian studies and in spiritual studiesin general. I meditated and I prayed and Ithirsted for God and I tried my very best tomove on the fast track towards enlightenment.I read the autobiographies and descriptionsof Spiritual Masters of all religions and Ipushed myself as hard as I could to reach thisgoal to the detriment, I might add, of a moreconscious relationship to my own family aswell as to life itself. My primary energetic linkage was toSpirit and this kept me much less availableto the central people in my life. It wasn’t thatI didn’t feel love and linkage to my wife andchildren. It is simply the case that when weare identified with the spiritual hierarchy, itis unusual for family and friends to have thesame meaning to us.This is an error in judgment shared by manyspiritually-identified people. It may be the intentof a spritual part of us, but it is certainly not theintent of the Organizing Intelligence or what wenow refer to as Source Energy. Source Energy isan entirely different energy source than Spiritualenergy. It requires that we embrace all of life – allin us that is related to spirit and all that enables

It means really embracing heaven andearth! It took a long time before I truly began tounderstand any of this. The years passed. I became an analyst in 1961and then left the analytical world in the earlyseventies. I began to experiment with a variety oftreatment modalities. I found a new appreciationof all the different approaches to growth andbegan to use them in my clinical practice. Newworlds were opening for me.In the early seventies, Sidra and I metand, together, we began to explore thesenew worlds. Out of this emerged ourwork with Voice Dialogue. I was changingdramatically through all of this and beingwith Sidra galvanized this change. She wasa full-on woman of the world and I lovedher and I had to rise to the challenge ofintegrating what she carried for me. Atmy core, however, I was still waiting forenlightenment. I knew how powerful theenergies were and it was worth all the effortand study to galvanize them on my behalf.I was still chasing God in a variety of waysand this was the case as I turned fifty-six(that fateful age) in 1983.Turning Fifty-SixSometime before my fifty-sixth birthday, I hada consult with an astrologer friend of mine whotold me that I was going to be having a hugetransformational experience and a great changetowards the end of my birthday year. This wouldhave been in November or December of 1983.Well that was all I needed to hear! The oracleshad spoken and I was about to finally have theexperience of enlightenment, of becoming onewith God. I really didn’t know what it was goingto be exactly but I was ready for “IT” and I wasgoing for it!Sidra and I had already started to teachall over the U.S. and Europe. We planned ateaching trip to Israel in conjunction with a fewother European cities towards the end of thebirthday year. Since my birthday is in December,I planned to complete our work in Israel a fewweeks before my fifty-seventh birthday. At that time we were trying to train peoplein the use of Voice Dialogue in Israel and - inparticular - we were trying to establish a meansof communication between Arabs and Israelis. We wanted to see if - using our work withdisowned selves and underlying vulnerability- we could help at all in a situation that wasextremely problematical at that time and seemeddestined to deteriorate even further. It was adifficult task and we gave it our best shot withvery little success so far as actually working withthe two groups together. To continue with this narrative, it wasnow 1983, late in my fifty-sixth year. We hadscheduled three or four days to rest in Safedwhich was a spiritual center (some mysticsbelieved that the Messiah would come toJerusalem through Safed and others believedthat, until the third temple is built in Israel,God’s Manifest Presence rests above Safed). Itwas my idea to plan our travels in this way sothat my enlightenment experience could finallyhappen. We had finished our teaching and hadsome time off.For me, however, my time was running out.I know that what I have shared with you so farmay sound a bit crazy and what I am going toshare with you next will sound a bit more crazy, but in truth the search for God often makesus do strange things. I felt that if I was goingto have an experience of enlightenment, it wasgoing to happen in Israel where we were reallytrying to do some very significant work. I feltthat it just had to happen!

I felt that this was it, andthat once we left Israel we were very close tothe New Year and to my next birthday. I wasfeeling very disappointed; my journey towardsenlightenment looked like it was never goingto reach the goal. How could God disappointme in this way? How could I have a dreamthat I felt had to do with enlightenment andthen have it not happen? On this last night we were in a lovely oldhotel looking out over the quiet valley below.Sidra was tired that evening and she had gone tosleep about 9:00 PM. I was standing at the endof an open portico of the hotel, looking out intothe night, watching the lights of the valley belowand the hills of Lebanon rising in the distance. Iwas hoping against hope that my enlightenmentmight still happen on this fated evening. The time seemed to pass quickly. Itwas as though I were in an altered state ofconsciousness. It was 10:00 PM and then 11:00PM and then 12:00 AM. I was very much awake. Then it was 1:00 AM and then 2:00 AM andthen I looked at my watch and it was 2:30 AM.I looked up again into the night and suddenlyI started laughing. I stopped counting time. Istopped searching. I began to laugh and laughand, at that moment, Sidra emerged from ourroom and walked towards me asking me whatwas happening. When she came close, I was stilllaughing and I said to her: “Sidra – I get it – Ifinally get it. This is it – this moment is it – rightnow – this moment is it!”Learning to Plant Your Feet,One at a TimeIn those few moments I went through amomentous shift in my consciousness. It wasas though I were re-born in a certain way. Itwas not the kind of re-birth I could have everexpected. It was so light and so funny. Howcould I have not known this?I realized in those moments that as I walkand I put my foot down: where I touch theearth is my new reality. I am now present inthat moment; that is, until I move to the nextmoment. I saw that my path was a very differentpath from that of the “Hal” who had beenpresent a minute before. I was no longer goingto be chasing God in the way that I had beendoing. I was going to be learning how to bepresent in life. I would be surrendered to God,or to some greater power, but I would slso besurrendered to life – to living a life of presenceon this remarkable planet of ours. The shift that occurred within me thatevening opened for me a new level of explorationand a joy in the act of living life. I had alwayshad the notion that I had to get the personalmaterial out of the way so that I could movemore deeply into spiritual realms, the importantpart of living. The future began to look verydifferent to me now. I was no longer going totry to get through the personal aspects of lifeand relationship. I was going to live them andunderstand them in an entirely new way.I am constantly surprised at how the agingprocess has gone for me in my life. My fantasywas that, as I got older, I would become wiserand deeper and more introverted and alwayskeep moving inward as I prepared for death.Instead, I find myself increasingly more involvedin relationship, more committed to life and tofeelings than I ever have been in my life. From the time of this experience I havelearned to cry more easily - to feel what Sidracalls the “tears of the heart” - as contrastedwith the tears of pain and suffering which arealways there waiting for us. They are really quitedifferent!
Page 7

Please visit us for more articles and other resources.7 Hal Stone, Ph.D.From Enlightenment to The Aware Ego Process to Source EnergyI began to really feel the power of relationship– the path of relationship – with a new passionand understanding. In that moment I beganto dis-engage from my identification with theSpiritual hierarchy and step into Source Energywhich allowed me to embrace the energies of theworld and of relationship with the same passionthat I had embraced the world of spirit and God.I didn’t call it Source Energy in 1983.Writing this article in 2006 was the first timethat I began to use that terminology.I realized also that there are manyenlightenment experiences along the path oftranformation. Anytime that we experiencethe surge of new energies, whether they comefrom unknown energy systems within our ownbody/psyche or directly from the Universeitself, there we have the possibility of anenlightenment exerience. We don’t have to die to have anenlightenment experience, nor are allenlightenment experiences sourced by theSpiritual Hierarchy. I fully respect the pathof seeking enlightenment that many men andwomen choose who seek the union with Godas the highest value in their life. It is simplythat this is not my path. It is not the pathof anyone who works with the Aware Egoprocess because when we feel the oppositesof human existence, we are led ultimately toSource Energy from whence came the wholeidea of an Aware Ego Process.Looking Back from 85Speaking for myself, it seems quite clear to me atthe age of 85 that we were not placed on this planetin a physical body simply to find God and exit inan exalted spiritual state. Embracing both sidesmeans just that – embracing both sides: embracingHeaven and Earth; embracing the ecstatic orgasm,as well as the ecstatic vision; embracing boredomas well as excitement; embracing the good and theevil. The opposites go on and on. One more thingis for sure as we trod along this path – it is verydifficult to feel bored.Embracing opposites through an Aware Egoprocess is what gives us ever-increasing degrees ofchoice and enables us to live an ever-increasinglyconscious life. This life is not an easy life: there is somuch to learn and to experience; there are oh-so-many bonding patterns to live through and lookforward to; so much accountability that one learnsto use creatively in the service of consciousness; andthere are so many surprising rewards. The experience in Safed occurred in 1983. Thisarticle that you are reading was originally writtenin 2006, twenty-three years later. I am here revisingit seven years later, in January of 2013. It has takenme these past thirty years to deepen my experienceof Source Energy and to begin to make senseout of the difference between Source Energy andSpiritual energy. Whoever my teachers have beenon the inner level, it is absolutely clear to me thatthey have been with me from the beginning andthey continue their work today. In the articles that follow this one, Sidra and Iwill be sharing with you our understanding of thisprocess. I repeat again what I feel to be true - thatthe Aware Ego process leads us inevitably towardsthe experience of Source Energy in some form. The ongoing practice of embracing opposites andlearning to hold the tension of opposites can reallylead to no other place. More of this at a later date.We seem to be in a period of accelerated growthand change and are continually struck by new insightsthat occur as we deal with our personal relationships. This kind of learning is interspersed with otherexperiences, mainly through our dreams or throughour work together, where Source Energy infuses uswith its images and understanding.I shifted at that time in Safed from a spiritualpath to a psycho-spiritual path: what I would call
Page 8
This article was found at: www.voicedialogue.org. Please visit us for more articles and other resources.8 Hal Stone, Ph.D.From Enlightenment to The Aware Ego Process to Source Energythe path of the Aware Ego Process. We must learnto embrace the opposites of body/emotion/mind orthe material world on one side and spirituality orthe spiritual world on the other side. Then, after atime, it doesn’t matter which side you are workingon, the material or the spiritual. And I no longeram interested in leaving this life for sometingbetter or more important, because I’m having sucha good time in so many different ways and Sidraand I, together, have such a great joy in helpingpeople learn how to move towards these kinds ofunderstandings.Enlightenment is a vision of the spiritualprimary selves. It is a beautiful vision generatedby the search for spiritual reality and spiritualexperience and spiritual clarity. As I have said,I honor that path, but it too-easily leaves outlife and I am so grateful that I had this kind ofunderstanding before it was too late to do all ofthe work I’ve done and to continue doing all of thepersonal work that always has to continue beingdone. Besides this, I am so grateful for all the funof meeting and enjoying all of the people that haveblessed my life these past thirty years. If someone has an enlightenment experience, using the term as it is used in the East, does it meanthat the individkual has embraced all the selves? Idon’t believe this to be the case. Instead, I believe itmeans that such people have devoted themselvesto spiritual work and practice and have had a directexperience of god and/or cosmic reality/ cosmicconsciousness. It is clear that many aspects of thegreat mystery become known to them and majorchanges in consciousness will occur within them. But do they know how to live in relationship?Do they know how to raise step-children? Dothey know how to earn money and invest it? Dothey know how to deal with acting-out children?Do they know what their disowned selves are? Dothey know when they are in a positive or negativebonding pattern? Do they know the differencebetween love and a positive bonding pattern? Dothey know what happens in the unconscious whenyou convince people that they must be more lovingand compassionate? Do they understand the realityof the “dragon energy” that is a part of them?Do they know that the powerful dark energy ofGhenghis Khan is a part of them?It is very doubtful that this is the case. Sourceenergy requires that we learn about these issues justas we have also learned about and surrendered todivinity. They are not mutually exclusive. It is ourfate to live both sides in the psycho-spiritual path.Meeting EvilI remember that I stood before Evil once in adream. This dream occurred in the year 2000when I came close to dying from an overdose ofpesticide; I’d been exposed to insecticides duringour teaching trips to Australia the previous years. My deteriorating physical condition was like adeath experience for both Sidra and myself and Icame very close to moving to the other side. It waswith my recovery, which took four months, thatthis dream came to me.In my dream, I entered the garden with thefeeling that I had died and could not be harmedby being in this space. A man was standing beforeme as though waiting for me. He was himself thepersonification of evil. I had entered this garden, which belonged to him, for the express purpose ofmeeting Evil. When I saw him I stood still and wejust quietly looked at each other. I realized that wehad been at war with each other – dreaded energiesof each other - for century after century of time. Here we were in this incarnation fighting, yet again. At one time I am on top and winning and then hethrows me over and he is on top and winning andon and on the war goes on.Suddenly I looked at him in my dream and Ifelt a great sadness come over me. I saw and feltthese ongoing wars between us over the centuries
Page 9
This article was found at: www.voicedialogue.org. Please visit us for more articles and other resources.9 Hal Stone, Ph.D.From Enlightenment to The Aware Ego Process to Source Energyand now, this time around, we were at it again. Ifelt a deep core sadness and from this space deepwithin my soul I apologized to him for all of thepain I had caused him through the centuries. He was shocked at my words and my pain forhim and he stood looking at me as though transfixed. Then he apologized to me and seemed to touch intothat deeper source from which my words came. ThenI began crying for I realized, at long last, that Evilwas my Brother. Though no words were spokenout loud it was clear to me that he knew this toowell, much more deeply than I. We stood therequietly sharing our thoughts and feelings with eachother in the silence of this remarkable momentand from this space I came to consciousness. Soended this dream. This dream, this meeting with the dark sidethat I have been working with all of my life, would never have been possible if I had not beenblessed with the ability to separate from my drivetowards enlightenment through my relationshipto Sidra and her passion for life; through mydaughter Tamar and her ever-watchful eyeconcerning my health and well-being, and to theintensity of my own personal process, in particlarmy dream process. I have met many remarkableenergy systems that I would never have met andI can only gasp in amazement at the power ofthis Intelligence, once it gets going inside of us.This is what the work is really about from myperspective.Beyond DualitiesThe psycho-spiritual path is a path of inclusion,of embracing. It is not direct. On this pathwe are always working between opposites andlearning to spend more time in a “middle way”:the Aware Ego process. We are always reachingfor a new kind of balance as we stretch toencompass all we can that lies within and outsideof the human psyche.I am very grateful for the years I spentsearching for enlightenment because I learnedso much and developed strong transpersonalmuscles swimming in that oceanic world. I amalso aware of how much I wasn’t present to mypersonal life during those years and the painI brought to many people who were very dearto me and very close to me. The unconscious isindeed unconscious as Jung used to love to say.Knowledge comes from the primary selves. The primary selves are the ones that accumulateinformation and facts and applied methodsfor the use of all of this knowledge - both theknowledge of this world and the knowledgeof energies that lie beyond our usual modesof perception. Wisdom comes through thedevelopment of the Aware Ego process becausehere it is necessary to embrace opposites – overand over – forever and ever. If you are in atraditional enlightenment process, rememberthat this is only one side of the coin. On theother side is life, itself, in all of its manifestations. Our job is to embrace the total reality of bothsides. Our job is to learn how to embrace andlive heaven on earth. This is indeed a huge stretch for all of us, but Ican say now with some sense of authority , lookingback at the life that has led me to the start of myeighty-sixth year, that the effort is well worth it andthe rewards are indeed great. What is it within us that drives us to learnto embrace opposing energies? It is the Sourceenergy that pushes us in this direction. It isthis Source energy that was instrumental in thediscovery and evolution of the Voice Dialogueprocess. And please keep in mind that VoiceDialogue is simply a method for birthing theAware Ego Process. For us, it is still the bestmethod that we have found for birthing theAware Ego process. Ultimately this Aware EgoProcess can lead us us to a deeper and more
